WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) today spoke on the Senate Floor to honor the life and legacy of Bill R. Fuller, a former member of the Kansas House of Representatives and Executive Director of the USDA Kansas Farm Service Agency.

“Bill worked tirelessly to make government work better for farmers and ranchers across Kansas and our country,” said Sen. Moran. “Bill’s life is an example of the difference one person can make, and I know his legacy will live on in the agriculture community and the state he loved. My prayers are with his wife, Janice, his three children, and the entire Fuller family.”
