VetLinks Founder and CEO Jess Kavanagh – at Senator Jerry Moran’s (R-Kan.) invitation – testified before the Senate Veterans’ Affairs committee on the journey of her and her late husband that inspired her to create VetLinks, a nonprofit organization focused on veteran mental healthcare.
