Sen. Moran and Sen. Thune spoke in a colloquy on March 15, 2012 on the Senate floor to outline their support for the JOBS Act legislation that was pending before the Senate. Sen. Moran has also introduced legislation designed to jump start the economy through the creation and growth of new businesses, called the Startup Act.
