On Wednesday, October 2, 2013, Sen. Moran spoke with FOX News' Neil Cavuto about the House and Senate leaders meeting with President Obama. Sen. Moran was hopeful the meeting would provide movement; however, was disturbed to hear the President remains unwilling to negotiate.
